Cadmium 2023 Solution

Cadmium 2023 This solution has been developed specifically for the Aerospace industry and like the Cadmium 1032/2022 system, which it has superceded, can be used to plate ultra high strength steels without the need for post plating embrittlement relief. The porous structure of the deposit however permits baking if required. Reference must always be made to aircraft manufacturer specifications, repair and overhaul manuals drawings etc.
Dalic cadmium code 2023 has been approved for use by the U.S. Air force, Navy and major aircraft manufacturers, including Boeing. It conforms to MIL-STD-865c and samples plated per QQ-P-416C Class 1Type II, surpassed the 96 hour salt spray requirements.
